Some channels have a minimum rank requirement. If you see a lock icon on a channel, you need to earn more points to reach the required rank. Check channels for the full list of requirements.
The fastest way to rank up is to trade consistently — volume points are earned on every trade regardless of outcome. Combine that with chat participation for social points and profitable trades for PnL points. Completing monthly challenges also gives bonus points. See earning points for the full breakdown.
No. Points are cumulative and permanent. Once you reach a rank tier, you keep it. Your rank reflects your total lifetime contribution to the platform.
Chat messages are stored on Faction Trade’s servers and are accessible through the message history. You can scroll up and load older messages in any channel.
Reporting features are coming soon. In the meantime, reach out on Discord if you encounter abusive behavior.
Monthly challenges are special trading objectives (like trading $10K in volume or hitting a 5-trade win streak) that reward bonus points when completed. They reset on the 1st of each month. See challenges for details.
Clans are coming soon. You will be able to create or join trading clans with dedicated channels and clan leaderboards. Check the roadmap for more details.
Each of the six rank tiers has a unique badge that appears next to your username in chat and on your profile. Badges range from a simple bronze icon for Bronze Traders to a distinctive champion emblem for Champions.
