Trading fees are set by Hyperliquid, not Faction Trade. Fees vary based on order type (maker vs taker) and your Hyperliquid fee tier. Check Hyperliquid’s documentation for the latest fee schedule.
Up to 20x leverage is available, though the exact maximum depends on the asset. You can adjust leverage per asset using the leverage button in the trade panel.
Liquidation happens when your margin can no longer sustain the losses on a position. The exchange force-closes the position to prevent further losses. Your liquidation price is shown in the positions panel. Use lower leverage and set stop losses to reduce liquidation risk. See leverage and margin for a full explanation.
No. Faction Trade is a perpetual futures trading platform. All markets are perpetual contracts on Hyperliquid — there is no spot trading.
Faction Trade offers all perpetual markets available on Hyperliquid. Use the asset selector on the trade page to browse the full list of tradable assets.
A limit order only fills when the market price reaches your specified limit price. If the price has not reached your limit, the order stays open in the order book. You can view and cancel pending orders in the Open Orders tab.
The funding rate is a periodic payment between long and short position holders. It keeps the perpetual contract price aligned with the spot price. A positive funding rate means longs pay shorts; negative means shorts pay longs. The rate and next payment countdown are displayed in the asset selector bar.
Minimum trade sizes depend on the specific asset and are determined by Hyperliquid. The order form will inform you if your size is below the minimum.
Your positions remain open on Hyperliquid regardless of whether the Faction Trade app is open. Any set TP/SL orders also remain active. You can return at any time to manage your positions.
