Faction Trade uses Privy for wallet authentication. You can connect with any major Ethereum-compatible wallet.
Faction Trade runs on Hyperliquid. You need a wallet with funds deposited on Hyperliquid L1 to trade. If you have not bridged funds yet, you can do so from the app after connecting.

How to connect

Open the app

Navigate to the Faction Trade app in your browser.

Click Connect Wallet

The button is in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.

Choose your wallet provider

A Privy modal will appear. Select your preferred wallet or sign in with email.

Approve the connection

Confirm the connection request in your wallet extension or app.

Continue to onboarding

Once connected, you will be directed to the account setup flow to choose a username and avatar.

Troubleshooting

Make sure your browser wallet extension is installed and unlocked. Try refreshing the page. If using a mobile wallet, ensure WalletConnect is supported.
Disable any active VPN and try again. If the issue persists, try a different browser (Chrome or Brave recommended).
Each Faction Trade account is linked to one wallet address. To use a different wallet, you would need to create a separate account.
